關於學歷的部份基本上都需要認可
因為 ABIH 對非美國加拿大學歷要求進行認證. 以下五個認證機構, ABIH 和 BCSP 均可接受其認證結果(因有人同時要考 CSP). 下述是 CIH 認證程序, 僅供參考:
1. 到以下網站列印兩頁申請表, 填好後, 影印一份, 把原稿和影本均提交給此評估機構

學歷申請注意事項：理工類的科系, 只需申請普通認證(General Report)服務，其它文史類等人員或者是以學分方式取得大學學歷需申請詳細認證(Detailed Report/Course-by-Course)服務。有碩士學位或以上的不必遞交碩博學歷，只需認證大學學歷，不管怎樣都必須回學校申請英文的畢業證書以及英文的歷年成績單，如果是二專之後念二技取得大學畢業證書的人員，不可以只提供二技期間的成績單資料，必須檢附二專到二技的在學成績。
費用而言 Educational Perspectives 最便宜,其次是 International Education Research Foundation.普通認證(General Report)評估費用大約是85元美金
我之前申請的是用Educational Perspectives, Nfp. 這個單位這個單位可以接受用e－mail跟傳真的方式進行
評估認證所需時間: 收件後兩周. 此機構會將評估報告直接提交給 ABIH 或 BCSP. 不需申 請人提交評估結果.
